At Noor Abayas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

It must be returned in the original packaging (if applicable).
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Hijabs, underscarves, or other intimate items for hygiene reasons

Gift cards

Custom or tailored orders
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If rejected, we will notify you with the reason and return the item back to you (if applicable).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Noor Abayas is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly.
7. International Orders
Please note that international returns may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees. Noor Abayas is not responsible for these charges and they will not be reimbursed.
